About
Over 65 years ago, Fred and Amelia Saliba embarked on their culinary journey by opening their first restaurant in Drumright, Oklahoma. This entrepreneurial spirit was inherited by their sons, including Paul Saliba and his wife Nancy, who established Freddie's Steakhouse in 1971. Their dedication to hospitality was passed down to their son, Brian, who honed his skills in the industry.
Brian's journey in the culinary world began with formal training at Oklahoma State University's College of Hotel & Restaurant Administration. He further honed his craft through internships at renowned establishments such as The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs and The Greenbrier Hotel & Resort in West Virginia. Under the mentorship of acclaimed chefs like Dean Fearing at The Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas, Texas, Brian's passion for the restaurant business flourished.
In 2001, Brian honored his family's legacy by founding Freddie Paul's Steakhouse in his alma mater community in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Since then, the restaurant has been a cornerstone of the community, catering to a diverse range of events, from presidential staff gatherings to weddings and corporate functions. Their commitment to excellence has made them one of the most trusted caterers in Stillwater.
Driven by his ambition, Brian, alongside his wife Joie, realized their dream of owning a restaurant, marking the beginning of a new generation in the Saliba family's culinary legacy. Freddie Paul's Steakhouse embodies their dedication to quality, service, and tradition, ensuring that the Saliba family's heritage continues to thrive in the world of hospitality.
